Delivery and Purchase Terms & Conditions
1) CANCELLATION
You may cancel the order up until fulfilment has taken place. Our products will
always be despatched within 24 hours from receipt of order. Please telephone
+44 (0)1823 452110 and email order@lifeskillsdirect.com to cancel the order
immediately.
2) DELIVERY
We will process our orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank
holidays. We use Royal Mail first class post for UK deliveries and aim to
deliver the next working day. Delivery prices for shipments abroad will be
calculated on an individual basis.
Every effort will be made to ensure your delivery is made to you on time and
in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that
are lost, delayed or damaged via the postal system.
3) REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We know that you won’t be disappointed with the quality of our products. If
however, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a money back guarantee.
4) PURCHASE STATEMENTS
Your bank statemnts will display 'Phronim' as the order description.
5) COMPLAINTS
We endeavour to deal with complaints immediately upon receipt. All
complaints will be resolved within 72 hours.
6) GENERAL
Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England and
therefore will be governed by English Law to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English Courts.
